This error occurs when the component cooling/ DC Fan is not working (not to be confused with the bean cooling fan/ scroll fan), loose connection or the front Panel is not working correctly.
Does this error occur immediately upon start up or starting the roast?
Yes – The DC Fan is probably not working. Please fill out the Customer Support Form and we will be in touch to address your problem.
No – Could you hear if the DC Fan was running at the beginning of the roast?
Yes – Your front Panel is probably malfunctioning. Fill out the Customer Support Form and we will be in touch to address your problem.
No –The cooling fan is not working and needs to be replaced. Please fill out the Customer Support Form and we will be in touch to address your problem.
Could not tell – Please fill out the Customer Support Form and we will be in contact to address your problem.
