A. If it is an Err7, this means the reservoir overheated. Try unplugging, cool down and try again. All other error codes, contact tech support by filling out this form.

A. This is normal. There is a power supply that feeds the LCD and runs the clock even in sleep mode.

Q: The display has gone dim on my brewer and the Start button didn’t respond when I pressed it.
A. The brewer has gone into Power Save mode. This is normal.Press any button once to wake it up before pressing the Start button.
