The Brazen employs a system of water heating that requires, for accuracy over the entire brew cycle, we heat the full amount of water to desired temperature, that part takes approximately 4:30.
Actual brewing cycle is also approximately 4:30 (set by MCU for valve open/close)
The real variable is you pre-soak time. This can range from 15 seconds to 4 minutes depending upon what the users chooses. We generally recommend anywhere from 45 seconds to 1:30 depending upon bean type, grind and most importantly the freshness of the roast.
Total time is 10-12 minutes. Longer in the Connected, up to 18 minutes.
