It can be difficult to read through all the information on a supplier’s website and pick the coffees that are right for you, people have different tastes. Some things to ask / ask about your suppliers.

● Ask what coffees do you like? How does that compare what you like?
● Are they able to supply the information about a coffee that indicates they have a relationship with the producer- Region, elevation, variety, processing methods, producer’s name, how stored, when a coffee arrived in warehouse, etc.
● How often do the offerings change? Coffee is seasonal and you want to be sure your green is fresh.
