I am having issues getting my Behmor Connected Brewer to connect (Wi-Fi).

First, try power cycling the brewer off, unplugging, and replugging back in.
Then, try force closing and reopening the app.
If these don’t work, here a few more things to double check:

  • Make sure the dado light is slowly blinking on and off every second.
  • Make sure the SSID is showing up correctly under “Network” and you are typing in your password correctly, both are case sensitive.
  • Make sure the Security setting on the router is either WPA or WPA2, and you have tried all options under “Security”.
  • Try rebooting the router if the above doesn’t work.
  • Make sure you are waiting long enough to hit “next” after entering password.
  • Make sure your wifi router/access point is 2.4Ghz. 5Ghz is not supported.

If none of these work, try a Factory Reset on the brewer:
Press and hold the center button for 10 seconds.  It will turn blue and then red.  Release the button when it turns red and it will go to green.
You should not be holding down the DADO button for a factory reset.  If you only hold for 5 seconds, you get the blue and it will empty the water from the reservoir.  Hold for 10 secs until you see red.

When finished, unplug the brewer and plug it back in. *Force Close the App and Re-open it. **Delete extra brewers on the app created by reset by swiping left on them.
