The causes of an Error 4 can either be a bad draw fan, bad/ loose connection, or malfunctioning front panel.
Have you tried to use the system since the message occurred?
Yes – The error still occurred
No – Please reset the system by unplugging it, and plugging it back in. Then test to see if it is working.
Did error message re-occur?
Yes – Does the message appear immediately?
Yes –the Front Panel most likely needs to be replaced. Please fill out the Customer Support Form and we will be in touch.
No – Does it appear mid-way through a roast?
Yes – the draw fan is not working properly or bad connection. Please fill out the Customer support form and we will be in contact.
No – please explain on the Customer support form when the error occurs if it is not immediately nor mid way through the roast.
If none of the above are applicable please explain on the Customer support form and we will be in touch.
