Q: How do I update my brewer’s firmware?
A: You will get a Notification to tell you that your Brewer has a firmware update. The DADO button on the brewer will be flashing (heartbeat). Press and release the DADO button and you will see the light ring start to flash. This will indicate that the firmware is starting to update. This is the preferred method.

Q: The firmware update is not working for my Connected Brewer:
A: Try rebooting your router and power cycle your brewer (unplug and plug back in).
